Since 2010, I've loved being a Healing Arts Practitioner in my hometown state of Minnesota. Over the years, I've also held licenses in Arizona and Florida, and have come to truly appreciate the grounded energy that being in the Midwest offers my practice. I'm passionate about life-long learning, creating mindful healing spaces, and exploring the never-ending opportunities that this field provides.

My approach is rooted in scientific principles combined with holistic healing traditions, and I weave together diverse modalities to create safe and meaningful personalized treatments.
