Reiki is a deeply relaxing Japanese energy healing technique used to promote physical, emotional, mental & spiritual healing. Sessions invite deep relaxation to release negative energy and bring you back to center. Reiki includes my hands resting on and above your body, and is received while face up and down fully clothed on the treatment table.

When in-person Reiki isn't possible, we turn to the system's process for receiving its healing benefits in a virtual setting. Ideal during times of illness or travel, an important event, medical appointments, while you sleep, and if we live in different areas. Virtual sessions are as effective as being together in-person, and we'll work together to create a delivery method that works best for your situation.
